Characters and their basic motions are created in 3D Studio
MAX and are exported as x-files. The AVATAR-lib is an opengl
based software interface that allows to load and animate the
characters. The library as well nicely plugs into high-level-apis
such as performer. The accompanying download demonstrates some
feature of the library which is still in beta-state. Comments
and suggestions are welcome.
